Create the right design for the customer.
Imagine a project progressed smoothly, the quality of construction was great and the budget was adhered to. The customer should enjoy their newly remodeled kitchen but something doesn't feel right and then they realize they spent $40,000 on something they don't like. Developing a design that meets the lifestyle and budget of our customers is critical. We understand this and we take the time necessary to develop the best plan for you with a realistic 3D representation of what the home will look like when completed.
Respect the customer's budget.
All too often the costs of remodeling spirals beyond the budget and the contractor claims unforeseen circumstances or they did not know XYZ work was included. Whatever the excuse, the customer is never happy to spend 30% more than they expected. In fact, they'll probably lay awake at night wondering how they can afford the project and cursing the contractor for cheating them. For this reason and of course our own conscious, we make sure we thoroughly understand the project before we ever give a bid.
Make a schedule and stick to it.
A remodeling project is usually a major inconvenience for the customer. We know this and we understand that nothing can be more frustrating than when the project languishes weeks or even months longer than it should have. We plan ahead, keep the project moving and guarantee our completion date.
Never sacrifice workmanship.
A Brazilian Cherry hardwood floor is a much higher quality flooring than an Oak floor but the quality of the installation should be the same. While the quality of materials may differ from project to project, our customers can always expect superior workmanship. We beleive in the quality of our workmanship, we stand behind it and guarantee it for five years.
